Ceramics takes a whole lot of time and a whole lot of work! So I am leaning into batch making, therefore the ceramics will be presented in drops. Drops are days where I post everything all at once! But a trick for the drops, is to subscribe to my email newsletter, as I send out a email 24 hours before everything goes live. If you’re on the newsletter you will receive a special password to shop during this time. This is the best chance for you to scoop up a piece you’ve been eyeing before anyone else!

Sadly, we do not offer returns as each piece is either unique or made-to-order for embroidery! If you feel as if something did not go right, please feel free to reach out at starlitpine@gmail.com!

That’s totally okay! I will occasionally repeat designs, but they are totally random! It really depends on how I feel while designing. To really guarantee you get that design, you can always reach out and inquire about a custom project!
