Provided assistance and guidance for delegating individual work orders over an entire shift, ensuring maintenance was done properly and in a timely manner.

  • Led training in specific areas of expertise, like maintenance documentation and aircraft knowledge.

  • Oversaw a total of 35 personnel, in one shift, organizing maintenance and ensuring maintenance was completed.

  • Assisted the training of 2 additional Work Center supervisors, furthering the knowledge base in my shop.

  • Oversaw a total of 7600 maintenance man-hours, and the execution of the mission.
